Windows
Install the Windows preview directly from apocky.com. It signs in with your Apocky account and talks to the same service as the website.
Version 0.2.0 · 1.8 MB · installer for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit
This installer is not signed yet. Windows will show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. If you choose to continue, select More info, check that the publisher is unknown and the file name matches the one above, then select Run anyway. Compare the checksum below first — that is the only way to confirm you have the file this page describes.
Checks still pending: account sign-in and chat, install and uninstall on a clean computer. This is a preview release.
How to install on Windows
- Download the installer, then check its SHA-256 against the value below.
- Open the file. Windows will warn about an unsigned publisher; continue only if the checksum matched.
- Apocrypha installs for your Windows account only — no administrator rights are needed.
- Open Apocrypha and sign in with your Apocky account.
Remove it at any time from Settings → Apps → Installed apps. Your sign-in is kept encrypted under your Windows account in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Apocky\Apocrypha; signing out inside the app deletes it.
